Et victoire, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9ussi :)<br \/>\nLe truc c&rsquo;est de pas se louper d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but et respirer correctement, et apr\u00e8s, \u00e7a s&rsquo;encha\u00eene plus ou moins bien.<br \/>\nDans cette session il fallait encha\u00eener 3 fourn\u00e9es de plus en plus rapidement.<br \/>\nUne fourn\u00e9e correspond \u00e0 5*1min d&rsquo;un exercice particulier.<br \/>\nBon, j&rsquo;avoue, moi j&rsquo;ai pas acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 d&rsquo;une fourn\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre, mais au moins \u00e7a m&rsquo;a permis de tenir plus longtemps, et de toute fa\u00e7on pour moi, l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat c&rsquo;est de me bouger et de r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 tenir le rythme.<br \/>\nEnsuite, quelques minutes d&rsquo;\u00e9tirements, et on repart pour 15 min d&rsquo;exercices qui m&rsquo;ont achev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La suite au prochain \u00e9pisode :)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s une tentative malheureuse hier matin, \u00e0 la suite de laquelle je me suis \u00e9croul\u00e9 au bout de 10 min (salet\u00e9 de souffle qui tient pas la route), je suis revenu \u00e0 la charge ce matin avec la ferme intention de faire la session enti\u00e8rement.
